We will not accept responsibilty for damaged items where you have failed to follow our care
You are responsible for ensuring any studz purchased fit the base piece of jewellery, we do not swop any jewellery.
All pieces are checked prior to shipping to ensure you are receiving the best product possible.
We will meet our obligations under the Consummer Guarantees Act, any returns are at your cost, but we will meet the cost of replacing any faulty goods and shipping a new item to you within New Zealand only.
If an item is damaged upon arrival PLEASE
contact us within 5 days to arrange a replacement.
