As per NZ Couriers email today - please ensure any business address provided has someone on the premises to receive your order.

If a parcel cannot be delivered it will be returned to us and an additional charge will be incurred which will be passed onto you for the returned goods charge.
They state they do not have the facilities to store undelivered orders

We have set up our Health & Safety procedures using government guidelines for processing,packaging and contactless pick up and delivery with NZ Couriers.

Gloves, masks and all surfaces are sanitised during processing.

Taupo orders only- we are offering free delivery for any orders within the Taupo district over $20.00 and the shipping fee will not be debited on your credit card.

These deliveries will be to your mailbox or any other arrangement and you will receive a txt confirming delivery.( Contactless)

 All other orders will be sent via NZ Couriers and NO signature required on delivery during this time.
